Before any resident or commercial entity begins a construction project they must
contact J.U.L.I.E. to notify the appropriate utility companies, including the Village of
Northfield, to properly mark and locate all underground utility lines.
You must notify J.U.L.I.E. at least two (2) business days before the beginning
of construction. Contact J.U.L.I.E. toll free twenty-four hours a day at: 1-800-892-0123.
