Staff in the Office of the Village Manager are responsible for
coordinating meetings and communication between the Village Board
and Village Manager, administrative staff, residents,
and all third party organizations that work with the Village.
The corporate seal and official papers belonging to the
Village are kept in the Office of the Village Manager/Village Clerk.
In addition to correspondence and reports to and from the
President, Board of Trustees and Village Manager,
communication tools used to provide information to the
community include the Managers Memo, the bimonthly Village
newsletter Northfield News, Cable Channel 6 information
and updates to the Village website, www.northfieldil.org.
