The Planning Division reviews and plans land uses; prepares and recommends changes
to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Map; reviews requests for zoning
classification changes; and makes recommendations regarding matters as
assigned.

Information about Planned Unit Development and Special Uses can be
obtained in Appendix A - Zoning Code Ordinance. Information about
subdivisions can be obtained in Appendix B of the Northfield Village Code.
