Online Water Account Management and Payment
Visit the Village’s water and sanitary service online account management system here. This system features the ability to view account balances, water usage history, payment history, and setup auto pay. In addition, account holders can pay bills online using a credit card or electronic check.
If you are using the system for the first time, enter your 12-digit account number and last name on the bill to create an account. You will then be asked to complete a brief registration and then you will be able to manage your account online.
Water Rate Adjustment
Beginning May 1, Northfield’s water rate will be adjusted by 5% to allow for the investment in system improvements to replace aging infrastructure, reduce emergency repair costs, and ensure continued safe and reliable services.
