COVID-19 Update

The Village continues to partner with our neighboring communities to provide COVID vaccines to our residents.  Through this initiative, we have administered over 7,000 vaccines! Recent data from the Cook County Department of Public Health show that 63% of Northfielders have received one dose, with 38% being fully vaccinated (data provided is based on total population, not only those that are eligible). We continue to have vaccination clinics with both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.  If you are interested in a vaccine, please email and you will be contacted the next time appointments are available!

The State of Illinois has moved suburban Cook County from Tier 1 mitigation guidelines to the less stringent Phase 4 guidelines contained in the Restore Illinois Plan. As a home rule community, Northfield businesses are able to operate under these State guidelines as opposed to those published by Cook County.
