The next Plan and Zoning Commission meeting will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Village Hall, 361 Happ Road, in the first-floor Board Room.
Overview
The Plan and Zoning Commission meets on the first Monday of every month and consists of nine members who serve a four-year term. All meetings of the Plan and Zoning Commission are open to the public.
The Commission reviews and plans land uses; recommends changes to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and map; reviews special use applications; planned development applications; subdivision applications; requests for zoning classification changes; Zoning Code text amendments; and adjustments to the off-street parking requirements.
